Pharmacy Solutions pharmacists prepare all solutions, medications, and nutrients according to physician directions.  All medications, solutions, pumps, poles, equipment, and supplies are delivered directly to the patient's home by a Pharmacy Solutions professional.  Supplies include IV sets, filters, sharps containers, syringes and needles, injection caps, catheter care kits, etc., for the maintenance of IV lines.
